*YTV Internet-Only SurchargeĀ is an additional $8.00 per month fee from Youngsville TV for use of their cable lines for Internet service without purchasing cable TV programming. An additional one-time $45 connection fee from Youngsville TV also applies to Internet-Only customers who are not currently active members of Youngsville TV.Ā These fees will be added to your EagleZip.com billing statement when applicable.
Static IP addresses are available to both residential and business customers for an additional $5.00 per month per IP address (with valid justification).
Cable Internet service requires an approved cable modem which is included free of charge* and includes free installation by EagleZip.com. Cable modems provided by EagleZip.com remain the property of EagleZip.com at all times and must be returned promptly if service is canceled for any reason, including failure to pay any past-due balances for service. Cable modems that are not returned, or are returned damaged, will incur a $100.00 equipment replacement charge.Ā *A refundable deposit of $25.00 will be charged to all new customers and existing customers meeting certain conditions to ensure the return of the cable modem and/or cover any past-due balance at the time of cancellation.
Cable Internet service is provided through Youngsville Television Corporationās cable plant. Customers must be within the service territory of Youngsville TV to qualify for cable Internet service. EagleZip.com is not responsible for errors or outages caused by Youngsville TV.
Wireless Pricing
Wireless Internet is delivered to your home or business using radio frequency (RF), so a phone or cable connection isnāt needed at all. Broadband Wireless is not satellite or cellular and therefore does not suffer from the latency and weather related issues affecting those services.Ā A relatively clear line of sight is required between the customerās location and the tower site to receive service, so trees and hills may impact service availability.
This map gives a general idea of our Broadband Wireless service area as of October 1, 2020.Ā The mapping software is unable to accurately account for trees, buildings, and other localized interference sources, so not everyone in the shaded areas may qualify for all levels of service. Our technicians will review each location to determine service availability prior to installation.

All equipment provided by EagleZip.com remains the property of EagleZip.com at all times and must be returned promptly if service is canceled for any reason, including failure to pay any past-due balances for service. Equipment that is not returned, or is returned damaged, will incur a $100.00 equipment replacement charge.
